Chest supported incline dumbbell rows 40kg x 10,8 35kg x 10x 8
Wide grip pulldowns (brining bar down low) 4 sets 70kg x 10
Gear sitting at 300mgs test, 100 tren, 100 mast, 20mg superdrol pre workout. Bodyweight around 112kg after 2 months TRT and not giving too much of a fuck.
