Exactly that is my gold standard of training and I have progressively overloaded my pressdowns and my lateral raises and my wide grip pullups over the last week and a half

My starting 3 way pressdown triset with 5 second positive and negative no rest between reverse grip regular grip and bent over all in kg

37.5-4 32.5-4/3

And the same just today

45-3 37.5-4 27.5-4

That's a 7.5 kg jump which is 16.5 pounds in slow mo 5 sec up and down

A TREMENDOUS INCREASE

Are you now going to add 49.5 pounds to it over the next 27 days?

Small gains like this are normal.

But yes, everyone knows you're limiting yourself with these jackass workouts.  You're just too lazy at this point in the game to put in real work over a full years' time.  And I don't care what Blakey or whoever said about what you did in the past.

Fact is, you don't workout with any heavy compound or consistent type work for any real period of time.

This is why goals are not met.

Ok, but can I just train it light like 5-8 RIR? I train every day

Day 1 tricep a 3 way pressdown with reverse, normal and bent over all in a row no rest and with a 5 second cadence on the positive and negative portions and I have added 7.5 kg to it in only 9 days so my triceps will grow for sure.

Day 2 is wide grip pullups full ROM 3-4 sets to absolute failure. I want to just build my teras major and upper outer lat no thickness.

Day 3 dumbbell laterals 21's 3-4 cycles to failure. I just want to add size to my lateral delt only.

As you can see I am doing for an extreme Adonis Ratio to sell my product to coach others that want to do the same. I alos have an X/twitter business account.

But ok I can train legs chest and bis with RIR as I don't want them taking away from my Adonis priority.

And again thanks for your great content and I enjoy your podcasts with Larry Pollack. And lastly I think I will run deca at 600 instead of 200 as I discovered DECA sweet spot for me is somewhere between 4-600 per week.

I warm-up very slowly I'm 56 so I have to

And I rest a full 5-8 minutes between work sets

After 5 minutes about 95% of ATP/PC is replinsed so at least 5 minutes sometimes 8-10

I Wil have very large triceps and medial delts in 6 weeks

And I will fully document this in 3 places

That is how cock sure confident I am that I wil do this

thats enough if you do enough volume and intensity, you need to balance out your chest with your shoulders more, probably not possible at this point but anyway.

My chest routine would be some kind of press and some kind of pec dec

There are photos if me from April or so 2024 with a side chest in Petersburg that didn't look to shabby
