Progressive Overload will make all specific lifting exercises and gains happen a lot faster.
That requires consistent training and effort.Not in his wheelhouse.

I train every dayDay 1 tricep a 3 way pressdown with reverse, normal and bent over all in a row no rest and with a 5 second cadence on the positive and negative portions and I have added 7.5 kg to it in only 9 days so my triceps will grow for sure.Day 2 is wide grip pullups full ROM 3-4 sets to absolute failure. I want to just build my teras major and upper outer lat no thickness.Day 3 dumbbell laterals 21's 3-4 cycles to failure. I just want to add size to my lateral delt only.As you can see I am doing for an extreme Adonis Ratio to sell my product to coach others that want to do the same. I alos have an X/twitter business account. But ok I can train legs chest and bis with RIR as I don't want them taking away from my Adonis priority.And again thanks for your great content and I enjoy your podcasts with Larry Pollack. thats enough if you do enough volume and intensity, you need to balance out your chest with your shoulders more, probably not possible at this point but anyway.
Supersets, Drop Sets, Stick to the basics, blast Heavy Metal music, stay in the 4-8 rep range, this is not that difficult if even an idiot like me can figure it out.
The intensifiers I do are 21's, constant tension 5 up 5 down , and tri sets on tricepsAlso on pullups I do 10-30 second positive with 60 second negative So.... lots of intensifiers
Show even one rep with a 30 second positive and 60 second negative and I would be impressed.
