Reverse grip normal grip bent over all.in a row non stop 3 cycles of this to compete and total failure with a 5 sec + and -

Rest 5-8 minutes btw cycles for full strength output

Bench - 135 x 10, 135 x10, 225 x 5 for 5 sets

Circuit

Hex Bar Deads - 315 x 5, 315 x 5, 405 x 3, 405 x 3, 405 x 3, 405 x 3, 405 x 3, 315 x 5, 225 x 10, 135 x 20
Incline Bench DB press - 55's x 15
RDL w 90's x 6 superset calf raises x 10
Banded Cable Crossover x 15
Banded Cable Crunch x 15

30 min walk at brisk pace. 

Feeling great.
