I decided to re-join the SUNY gym once again,no motivation at home.....they owed me for 3 months anyway, not that they cared.......they love me there.

What was once filled with bullshit Hoist machines was now filled with brand new state of the art Precor machines........my dick got instantly hard.....Hoist sucks donkey dick, but it was all they had at the time, so I made the best of it !!!   :D

I`ll be going 3 days a week and doing other incidental shit at home,plus walking daily.......once I get in better shape,I`ll train 5 days a week with weekends off.

Mon.- Chest,Back,Abs

Wed. Shoulders,Arms,Abs

Fri. Quads,Calves,Abs

Seated Bench Press Machine- 2 X 12
Pec-Deck- 2 X 12

Back:
Lat Pulldowns- 2 X 12
Seated Cable Rows- 2 X 12
Hyperextensions - 2 X 12

Abs:
Crunches- 2 X 50


I feel like awesome right now but will be as sore as fuck tomorrow but I welcome it with open arms!!
