Everyone has a different metabolism the goal of TRT is to get your levels into a normal range it may take more or less to do that for different people. You seem want to focus on input instead of results.

The question was directed at you.   Much like "What did you eat today" asks what food you put in your pie hole.  You have no issue telling people the shit you did....you never say "everyone's metabolism is different, the goal of eating is to meet or exceed your caloric requirements in order to sustain growth and maintain a positive nitrogen balance....blah blah blah"

i looked it up , kinda periodization on low volume high frequency, looks good .

Stiff-Arm Pulldowns (hold at bottom for a 3 count and squeeze)

DB Shrugs - 3 sets

I can`t do any type of bent over rowing yet due to my back problem but I`m hoping  to soon.....kind of limited at the moment, but the workout felt great!
