I have a 4k mountain bike I “assault” ski slopes on that is badass a stationary bike at the gym not so much

On the other hand,a kid with a years worth of training could do your embarrassing "workouts" and you had the nerve to crack on Cessiphus........heavy is a relative term Brian, and he admittedly trains with short  rest periods,which makes for tough sledding.

If he`s training as heavy as possible for the reps he`s getting,then he`s training hard.

Had to get my car inspected this AM so will do delts with arms in the morning......third week of doing this, but I do no pressing yet due to my back so it`s a cakewalk.......latersals of various types and face-pulls them arms.......no biggie and at least I`m not skipping any bodyparts.

Downside is I may have to leave my car for a day or two once I get a new appt.,but I have a ride so fuck it.

It sux being down to one vehicle again.
