Hahahaha. My wife always brings up something I said many years ago at a bar when a few guys started a fight with my buddy and i stepped in. It was 6 on 2 and I said after I beat all 4 of your asses(4 cause I was surrounded by 4 and him 2) I’m gonna fuck you boys prison style. So she always says you just want to beat guys up and fuck them hahah. It was a scare tactic and I must say It worked cause they were very hesitant and that gave me the upper hand cause my buddy can’t fight for shit.

Ski-pole looking pec dec thingy- will get the detail- 3 x 10, 1 x triple drop
Panatta Decline Press- 3 x 10- last one triple drop
Pec dec- 3 x triple drop- last set 210 for 10 which is a pb for me (not STRONG but improving)

anOTHER GOOD SESSION - all completed in 40 minutes

3 set of 12x225 should easily be able to do that

Sometimes those one rep calculators don’t translate but yeah it would say I can bench 315 based on the math however I honestly haven’t gone over 255lbs for reps since before the last pec tear. I feel doing 225 for reps is safer than trying a single at 315 but hey if these guys make a decent wager maybe I will try it today

Strength develops in the rep range you train and I have not been doing single reps on the bench

300lbs easy I do think I had 315lbs in me but the goal was not to max out but to press 300lbs again will save 315lbs for next time
