I'm off to the gym soon & going to lift weights up & put them down
as for how much/ how many reps & sets only time will tell.  ;D

I don't keep track of set's & rep's as I'm no there to count to 5 -10 -15 etc
I'm there to try my best to overload my muscles & stimulate a over compensatory growth recovery.  ;D

10 sets 2 arm db curls straight up 35s sets of 20

10 sets 2 arm db skull crushers  35s sets of 10-20

10 sets leg extensions sets 20-50

10 sets standing calf on smith 185 x 2 sets of 75,60,225 x 8 sets of 20-30.

10 sets behind back wrist curls 185 sets of 10-15.

{Lying DB Extensions - 3 X 12 (constant weight)

Triceps Pressdowns - 3 X 15,12,30 (pyramid up,then rest paused on the last set)

{Wrist Curls - 4 X AMRAP (pyramiding up,then down)
