Last time you guys tried to claim I was being enlarged due to being on the edge of the photo. This time you think I am standing on a hill. Has anyone considered I am actually telling the truth about my height and weight? 511 225lbs is not small when you are lean

I mean I get these are not strong national level lineups but if I am 5 foot 8 and 185lbs as get big claims then how small are these people???

If we are measuring IQ, absolutely minuscule.

Fair enough, literally all the women to the left of middle guy must be fun size then (5'1 and below) given none appear to reach the bottom of your large likely circa 10 inch high head, some by a fair way

Great workout!!

Seems like a lot for a 70 year old man to recover from. I am planning to train back later today thinking 5 sets of dumbell rows and 5 sets of deads or well that is goal. I was under the weather yesterday and only ate about one meal after throwing up in the am so need to get some calories in today first.

What is the width difference you are calling regular vs close grip bench? I usually just put my fingers on the bar lines. Also are you neck pressing with your arms at 90 degrees or sternum pressing with arms at 45 degrees a bench press is not a bench press there are significant variations. I used to 90 degree neck press but after injuries and age do more of a 45 degree sternum press now. I feel like they are almost 2 different exercises.

Hey Bloated Gut Hankins....I decided to do an easy set of 3 OHS @ 155 after my normal lifting today.  Takes some of the pressure off of you to actually accomplish a snatch. 

I didn't want to go 1 rep as you would say you aren't doing maximal effort anymore...and I didn't want to do any higher reps or you would call it 'cardio'

You have until Wednesday night to beat me.....

Hoist Wide Pulldown
4 sets of 10 last one was 4 plates each side very happy
Panatta Pullover machine
4 sets 10-15- last one 3 plates a side
Hammer One arm pulldown (supnated grip) 3 x 12
Panatta High Row (parallel grip) 3 x 12
Panatta circular pulldown 2 x 15

I'm seeing if the actual grip I use affects the muscles or my strength- definintely felt the last one a lot more

Finished with 3 x 15 hyperextensions very slow as I had a low back twinge so wanted to give it a bit of attention

First off it is time to shave the head. 2nd wtf kind of pink nonsense is on your thumbs? You need wrist and thumb support to hold 155lbs over your head? And you guys say I shake this dude is shaking worse than The Ultimate Warrior in his post lifting rant how much amphetamines did he mainline before his workout? And krank has let me down he claimed he was strict pressing 155lbs with his feet not coming off the ground instead he is bending his knees and throwing the weight up as his heels come off the ground not a press. All you did was squat 155lbs 3 times while balancing 155lbs you didn't even press it. And again I am not competing in any lifting challenges I am still in post surgery rehab but fuck I almost want to go do that right now as wtf is supposed to be impressive about it? I can press 155 I can hold 155 and I can squat 155 now doing it all at once may take some getting used to the balance and you are going to need stable shoulders which I may or may not have if I dont get it righ but from a strength perspective I see nothing challenging about this. Its a 155lb press and a 155lb squat at best and you didn't even press it right you used your legs and threw it up

Anyone can do 6 hours of work the question is can you recover from it before your next workout and 5 days a week consistently at our ages fuck no you cant
