Very light legs (tore a fiber in my calf pushing a CR-v, it popped loudly).
So until that heals, legs are light, and zero calf-work. On a good note, shoulder and back are feeling great.
Things come in 3's, I hope this is it for injuries for a while. Never had a bad run like this.. Oh well, age maybe...
On a good note, a gym hottie was on her knee's massaging my calf, saying "its hard and swollen" I told her something else is going to be if she remains down there.
Wife got a chuckle out of that one... She said "I shouldn't be feeling up your husband like that" Wife just said "have at it we're all friends here"
