The OHS is an assistance exercise to help increase Snatch poundages just as Inclines and Weighted Dips ,Skullcrushers,Plate Front Raises, etc. etc. are assistance lifts that powerlifters use to increase their bench press prowess................. ..sonny boy!

DB Laterals 4 Triple Drop-Sets (brutally fucking agonizing)
Wide Upright Rows - 3 X 12-15 (to nipple height or so)
Face Down on Incline Rear Delt Raises - 3 X 20,15,15
Face-Pulls - 3 X 20,12,12
Super-Set:
{Seated Press Machine - 1 X AMRAP
{Single DB Front Raise - 1 X AMRAP (did this with 1 DB interlocking my fingers)

Lying Plate Neck Raises - 4 X AMRAP

Roman-Chair Situps - 3 X failure
Rope Cable Crunches - 2 X failure
Hoist Ab Machine - 2 X failure
Crunches - 1 X failure

Another great session......very intense!  :P

I gotta say I’ve always laughed at people doing face pulls and after seeing many of you paying about them, I’ve been doing them for about a month and the trap and rear delt pumps are crazy, feel such a trap contraction like nothing else.

Hey Rob,to really feel them in your rear delts as opposed to Traps,what I do is imagine that a pad is behind each elbow,then instead of just pulling or jerking the weight,I try pushing the imaginary pads back slow and controlled mainly with my elbows...........it seems to establish a great mind/muscle connection......for me anyways.

Just my 3 CC`s.....I don`t wanna` divulge too many secrets or you will get bigger than me some day!!   LOL  ;D

Chest shoulders tris today
Gym has swapped my favourite chest machine for a Hammer Strength press, its shit, it starts off in the lowered postion about 2 inches above where a bar would be on your chest, zero stretch in the down movement
Needs a thick pad on the seat to move you further forward.

Used a standing bench press, nice movement 3 working sets
pec deck flys 3 working sets
cables 3 working sets
machine side laterals 3 working sets
Tricep rope extensions
machine triceps ext 3 working sets each

IMO,I put the  emphasis lateral delts as I want a nice V taper as opposed to a sloped shouldered look since I`m not a big guy.

I work traps with 3 sets of DB Shrugs for high reps every 2-3 weeks if I feel like it.
