Safety squat bar is a useful tool. Used to hold the rack and squat back over the heels, really burn up the quads.

It can be turned around and comfortably used for front squats as well. I have a Titan one, and its a good bar...

Now Friday I was 213lbs when I woke up and closer to 215lbs in these pic but look at my shoulders chest and arms all bigger than yours and more detail in my shoulders despite being heavier.

Put us ar the same weight and I am going to be bigger fuller and leaner. Where is your chest on stage its emaciated away gone maybe you need to start benching

I was in better condition a couple days ago due to having a few light calorie days with a stomach ache than Jeff was on that stage after 6 months of dieting
