not sure if i can handle full body eod with days off between, if my weights or reps go down i'll go to a 2-way gig, 2 on 1 off or 1 on 1 off and i'm sure i'll be able to recover and grow for that, but like peters said if you can stimulate the muscle 182 times a years that's better than just 91 times a year

Back and Chest:  Still training pretty light but feeling good.  No warm up sets shown. Two work sets per exercise.

Wide Pulldowns with a M.A.G. bar 2 x 10 ( I do these upright. I don't do the lean back and heave. )
Seated lat pulley rows with a V bar 2 x 12 (All the way out and back)
Single dumbbell row with knee on bench 2 x 10 (Dead hang and all the way up)
Narrow pulldowns with a M.A.G. bar 2 x 10

Flat Dumbbell bench 2 x 8 (Tired to do a full range of motion with all pressing with a fairly slow cadence to make the moderate weight heavy.)
Incline dumbbell bench 2 x 8
Flies 2 x 10
Push ups 2 x max (one set with perfect push up bars for the extra stretch. I do these immediately after the flies for a type of pre exhaust)

deadlifts 2 x 4 (I really should give these up and just do power cleans but I love doing deads. Just wonder if the injury potential will catch up with me.)
weighted back extensions 2 x 15

Ab wheel 1 x 27
Pulley crunches 1 x 50

High incline barbell press 1x10,5,4 
Press behind neck 1x9,4,3
Cable lateral raise 2x13
Plate load machine lateral 1x19
Hammer strength flat press (the horizontal one) 1x7
Tricep pushdown 1x13,6,5
Overhead ez ext 1x11,5,4
Should have machine dips here but machine is broken
Face pulls 3x20,20,25

Need to get serious again starting this week, not happy how I look and feel. Went out got smashed Saturday night ended up really depressed texting the lass I dated for a year after splitting with the ex thinking after 9 months appart and me not giving a fuck about her at the time she would welcome back with open arms needless to say it didn’t go very well haha need to move on from everything stop living in past focus on the training and changing my life

speaking of getting smashed i went back to the bottle a year ago after being off it for 12 years straight, thought i was an alcoholic but i'm clearly not as i get hammered 2-4 times a month not daily :D :D :D

not too smart to do this whilst running 10 mgs of dbol pre-workout but i'll finish off the dbol tomorrow and lay off the orals for 6-8 weeks then most likely add in the var

nowadays primo is the bees knees, according to most everyone but i can run deca, tren and var with my test for a lower cost than primo and test so.... fuck da primo >:(

i worked up to 125 for 5 in the behind the neck press starting on the traps so full range of motion none of this to the top of the head horseshit, but yeah still weak as fuck :D

Pressing / Accessories (home gym)

Bench - 5 sets up to 315 x 1
Close Grips - 5 sets
BNP (Smith) - 5 sets
Incline D-Bell Press - 5 sets
Side Laterals (Machine) - 5 sets
Cable X-Overs - 5 sets

Really liking this flat utility bench I just picked up. Like a Thompson fat-pad. Better shoulder support while benching in my Power rack.
I still have my Body-Solid, it has great leg and Preacher attachments I use... This BOS is a bit lower to the floor, better foot stabilization for me..
(I like my inclines "slight" so a 45-lb bumper underneath works just fine)...

The drinks poison mate just don’t let it start taking over 12 years without is great going

Truthfully about 154lb for 7 maybe I always use it as secondary movement after front pressing but still I wouldn’t be overly strong on it if started with it I like to pause on the traps too
