Is "can't get a single reference" an ailment?  Should I add it to the list?  What about Coops, wouldn't he be a solid reference?

It’s fun. Gonna go do shoulders,arms,forearms and calfs for a few hours today.gonna try for 50 sets of each as I’ve taken the last couple days off and I need a crazy pump.

Truthfully about 154lb for 7 maybe I always use it as secondary movement after front pressing but still I wouldn’t be overly strong on it if started with it I like to pause on the traps too

I failed, I got 40 sets of reverse tricep push downs supersetted with 40 sets cable upright rows(these felt insane), 20 sets rotary calf and 20 sets behind back wrist curls supersetted.

45 degree leg press 1x15 (just testing water been on different leg press for a while will go harder next week)
