I have bene training almost every day now. Today I did this:
5 supersets of straight arm pulldowns for 15 to 20 reps w/20lbs and smith machine rows of 10 to 15 reps w/ 40lbs.
5 supersets of DB shrugs withh a pair of 20lb dumbells and lat pulldowns fo 10 to 15 reps with 50 lbs.
10 sets of easy curl barbel curls for 10 to 12 reps with 20 lbs.
Yesterday I did 4 sets of leg extentions wit my good leg. I got between 20 and 50 reps with 15 lbs. Then I did 4 sets of leg curls with my goodleg. 10 reps with 7.5 lbs.
I apoligize for poor writing. I got home form PT and no one ere to help me correct and I am tired.
the last time I did chest, shouldersand triceps:
5 sets of smith machine bench press with 30lbs for 10 to 20 reps.
3 sets of DB flyes with 10 lbs for 10 reps.
Smiteh machine shouder press. I did 3 sets of 5 to 9 reps with15 lbs.
DB laterals with 5 to 10 lbs for 5 sets of 8 to 20 reps.
Tricep pushdowns of 10 sets wtih 20lbs for 8 to20 reps.
I have major doctor appontment tomrrow and when I get home I will do that chest shoulder tricep routine again.
