It can be a drag cook mate I don’t hit them fully just a bit of each I do full workout for each on sperate day through week but keep all the lower back loading to the leg and back day on weekend whrn not fatigued from work

Feeling good after last weeks de-load week. Im not big on programmed de-loads (like on 5/3/1 its every 4th week) but I take them as I feel they are needed.
Its sort of like once every 10th week or so (Or if injured).

Back

Deadlift - 5 sets
-225 x 8
-315 x 5
-405 x 3
-405 x 2
-405 x1 (felt ridiculously light for some reason (rested) but not pushing the reps, thats what seems to fatigue the lower-back)
----
Chest supported rows - 5 sets
Lat pulls - 5 sets
Shrugs (Smith) - 5 sets
Reverse Hyper - 5 sets

Seated D-bell curls - 2 sets

15 sets of cable upright rows-these things are insane, I never did upright rows until about 6 months ago but got some pain so I switched to two handle cable upright rows and I twist my hands to be comfortable and the pump is insane,shoulders, traps,bis and forearms just blow up.

Back and legs yesterday

Wide grip pulldown 2x12
Stiff leg deadlift 1x8
Barbell row 1x8
Single arm pulldown 1x12,6,5
Standing leg curl 1x10,5,4
Single leg press 1x30
Single leg ext 1x20
Olympic pause squat 1x5

Body weight about 220 still need thst last 10lbs but feel better about how looking at minute



Wide dude right there 8)

My latest BNP was 60 kg for a double average strength at best

Goal is bodyweight 75-80 kg for a clean 6 reps we'll see...

Wide grip decline bench to chin 75x11

Dip bw+25x12 last time was bw+20x12

Wide grip chin weight assisted bw-20x12 last time was be-25x12

Leg ext same as last time no increase

Hip thrust same as last time no increase may go to hitting them every 4 days rather than every 2 days since they are stagnanting don't really give much a fuck bout them though focus is the push structure

Taking a 10 minutes rest then on to bodybuilding delts and tris

All in kilo not pounds

Thanks Nat,I appreciate that but it`s a gastroenterology issue,

Ive had Colitis in the past (lost 40 pounds and looked dead....and I`m not a big guy),then Gall Bladder problems, but I feel the best I  have in days so I hope I`ll be OK.

So I have been training but now Im going to logo it as there is a target date, October 10 2024 when I will be going to the Mr Olympia in Vegas
T minus 318 days

Today
21 minutes on Assault Bike--7 minutes alternate sprints--7 minutes only upper body---7 minutes pedaling backwards
then
1 minute jump rope immediately into 10 reps each leg hip mobility exercise immediately into 1 minute heavy bag with resistance bands atttached for speed/power improvement.  Repeat that 5 times
zero rest between anything, just a sip of water here and there
going to do 200 reps for  core of various exercises after I type this

I took an unintentional week off. Going in and out of the hospital every day just sucked the gusto out of me. But it was needed and training today was enjoyable. Shoulders this morning, working up to a strict military press with 130kg, then arms this evening with a big pump. Will try to do a health phase now with legit trt and a little hcg for a couple of months, hard when training becomes enjoyable again.

Since I am still in a walking boot, am doing "bodybuilding" exercises/routines for a bit.   ::) oh brother

Today's example:

Pull up 3 x 8

All subsequent sets about 1 rep short of failure.

Wide grip tbar row 4 x 8-12

Seated upright chest supported cable row 3 x 8

Mag grip lat pulldown 3 x 8

Hammer curl 3 x 8
Cable curl 3 x 8
Fat grip EZ curl 2 x 12

That's more sets of curls than I normally do in a month lol
