Chest / Pressing

Parked it in one of the smith-machines for 45 mins or so.

Smith-Bench - 5 sets
Smith Close-Grips - 5 sets
Smith JM Press - 5 sets
Smith Nose-Breakers - 5 sets

{Shoulder Press (machine)
{SS with: - Rear-Delt (cables) - 5 sets each

Post WO food:

W/ milk, adds another 6-8 grams of protein,

Todays fun
8 giant sets of all these--30 seconds rest after all are done--repeat
Kettlebell lateral movement x 10
then
Kettle swings x 10
then
cable face pulls x20
then
plyometric lateral movement x 16
then
speed bag for 45 seconds
rest 30 seconds repeat 8 times
after all that I did piles and piles of laterals until not one  more would go up that was no rest, just constant,...well maybe 5 seconds when i couldnt keep goin

after i type this its a ton of stretching and foam roller

12 sets seated alternate db curls 50s-30,60s-20,70s-15,80s-12,85s-10,90s-7,95s-5,100s-3,3,2,2,2. I have to say my form is almost perfect in these. Bi strength is getting crazy. Back against pad, seated, almost full supination. No swing.

12 set db shrugs 95s-30,30,30,25,25,25,25,20,20,20,20,15.

Short on time today

Chin ups
10 sets 5 reps
Inverted rows
3 sets 10 reps

Superset standing military press with dumbbell side laterals
5 sets of 20 reps each of press and raise so 200 reps in total

The shoulder segment including rest was about 8 mins

Time well spent

Thanks fellas. In A very good groove as far as bi strength lately and enjoying it.


Curling more than shrug  ???


The reps are much higher on shrugs, I routinely go up to 140s,150s for shrugs but I feel them better with high reps and lighter weights where as I feel the biceps more lately with low reps. I just go by how it feels if I started going heavy on bis and it didn’t groove with me I would drop way down and vice versa so it’s just what the day brought.

Floor press got buried wtf??

Pulldown up in weight but less reps maybe a slight increase

Leg press ok increase

Skulls same as last time

Pressdown same as last time

Machine overhead press added 2.5 kg and got same reps as last time so an increase

Sick of my 32 inch gut and sitting at 9% so I lowered cals over the last 4 days but seems I lowered then too much so I'll increase them back up a bit

Should have the ACE next week so I'll add it in @ 20 mgs a day

Fat grip two db clean & press - 87 reps in 20 min (5-10 rep sets)
Lat pulldowns - 3x12
Pinch plates - 3x15sec holds
