Machine pullover 1x12,6,5

Side laterals 3 sets
Behind neck smith press 2 sets (triple drop set on the last one)
Single arm reverse grip push downs 2 sets

concerning the first photo i ate a medium pizza nearly everyday while in that condition

some of us just have gifted lean genetics, on the first photo i was on test and dbol no ais no clen no fat burners just test and dbol

it's ALL GENETICS unfortenately my genetics to put on muscle suckass :D :D :D
