Today I did a method of training called sH.I.T. 

Straight arm pulldowns followed by Smif Machine Rows.  3 sets of each for 5 to 10 reps.

One set of DB shrugs.  I barely got 5.

Three sets of curls with the easycurl bar for 5 to 10 reps.

I am getting weak(er).  Dammit. 

As for bhanky and a Canadian Winter?  I've been there in the winter.  It's cold but I made it okay.  I was also a lot younger then too.
