52; great grandmom lived to be 94 eating a pint of ice cream on the daily and was 200 pound at 5'8" grandad is still going strong at 92 drinking jack on the regular and smoking a pack a day

You need to go to TRT levels of gear and figure it out.  Why add tren and shit at that age unless competing?

30 second upper body sprints on assault bike
immediately into
1 minute shadow box with bands for resistance
into
20 tricep pushdowns
into
kettlebell hip lateral movement exercise

repeat that 6 times

Because of your posts , I got motivated the other day to start a simple 10 min assault bike daily - 50 sec pedal, 10 sec sprint for 10 min....I'm in a walking boot for another month, and it's awkward, but it makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my cardio system (still lifting upper body and doing reverse hypers).

got one hard hard rep with the same weight i did 5 reps last time

behind the neck press was a slight decrease last time 135 for a double this time 130 for a triple

skipped the close grip and did bb pump and fluff horseshit

that was yesterday today i'll do back (width), delt (side and rear) and bi (if my bi injury has recovered i'll see today)

You need those days on occasion where you just do high rep stuff (de-load sort of). You're not going to get stronger every day of your life...
High rep training can help you repair/recover (blood-flow) .

yep, also calorie restrcition makes str gains even more of a bitch :D

ACE is supposed to be a great str drug but.... drol crushes it in the str gain department in my experience

suppoesdly halo is king but never used it so i don't know, var is also known as a great str drug didn't do much for str for me but it's cosmetic appeal makes it king 8)

speedball is a great max lift drug according to john inzer ;D ;D ;D
