did 6 reps w the 315 and was cooked.... to be honest the inc db press was more of a press/fly.. usually use the barbell for all presses but there were 3 of us that day and would have taken forever lol.... i see your thread over in the other forum... awesome recomp!!!

I got called out for this challenge while recovering from surgery. I still plan to respond to it. What the fuck is the rest of these bitches excuse? I will tell you what it is they are a bunch of fake bitches who don't even lift. I don't give a fuck what nonsense they write in this thread about their 5 hour training sessions no current pic no current lift equals Bullshit.

As far as GymRat he sees his number he knows where he is at. He has 25 days just like the rest of you. Can I press more than him right now? I don't know but I am willing to put up my best number before year end and find out. Did you forget the double 415 you promised? How come Matt and I are the only ones who have to be held accountable and everyone else just lies and lies and bullshits. They can Put up or shutup. I curved the challenge to everyone there is no excuse.

These fuckers don't just make up workouts they make up gimmicks they claim were at their made up workouts. It's all fucking bullshit.


I lift for a couple days until I have acute pain in my fucking abdomen and then I throw up for 2 days. Then I recarb and do it again. I will hit a new post 40 PR this month. So no I don't give a fuck what their excuses are No Lift = PUSSY ASS BITCH

I squatted this morning.

how much did you load up on the bar?

doing normal reps in BNP'ed (behind the neck press) i can do 135 for a double today i did 5 secs postive and 5 second negative with 100 pounds for a triple all sets to failure

also did bench in that style for a 2 second hold at the chest for 175 for a triple normally i could do 225 for a triple

also did dumbbell skulls and rope pressdowns for a repeat performance with a normal rep speed
