Hahaha the plan was to sleep in till 8 but got up at 430 and watching some horror movies and brought some dbs up from the basement and got a crazy pump and ache in the shoulders and calfs. Oh and watched jingle all the way yesterday haha.

legs at 6am w my son who im training for his senior year of football.... been training together since the season ended... his first time doing it for real... and as for me, the last time i trained on xmas day was 28 years ago to the day.. when i was in his age, with the exact same goal... i am so fired up to see him getting after it, and going for it, hes all in..and so am i.. again, lol....crazy how time flies..... merry christmas faggits!!

Hadn't trained military in 10 fucking days due to this fucking leg surgery and my strength was the same so at least I know I won't lose strength in 10 days on no training of the movement, optimum frequency seems to be every 3-4!days or twice a week, it can be every 2 days if I go one day on one day off

machine row triple drop and a single drop after few minutes rest

pulldown triple drop

barbell curl 5 sec up and down for 4 reps then strectch in the bottom position for a count of 20 repeated and then once more

just dont really give too much of a fuck bout back and bis... chest delts and tris is whole fucking different story though :D :D :D

Well boys I have decided to quit lifting as of today. Stopping the trt, lifting and eating like I do. I’m just getting uncomfortably big and the way I look at it is I can’t train to get smaller as that doesn’t compute with me. I will continue on posting as I love this place but I am hanging up the needle,weights and massive food intake. Hoping to drop 50 lbs from walking, no trt and low food intake and losing muscle. The trt while only 100 mgs a week has made me way to hungry and in turn get to big for comfortability.
