Last workout of the year, tipped the scales at 180.6 lbs:

Bench press, five sets, heaviest was 190x9
Military press, three sets (hey bhanks you soft-mouthed wide-hipped bitch, this is done standing not seated)
Lateral raises, three sets
Some other light shoulder "prehab" (nh) fuckery (I have an old shoulder dislocation injury)
Triceps overhead extensions, two sets
Abs nh

Lifted on 276/365 days this year

Not sure, haven't done a 1RM recently.  I did 240x5 last week.

Buck 60 here @ 5'11" think my max weight at this condition would be buck 70ish if I did by chance get to a buck 80ish in this condition my arms would be bigger than my legs and that would like pretty damn strange lol

I remember seeing one black dude like this his arms were prize winners and his legs looked like he has polio but they were fully functioning, I've never seen anything like it before or since

I did 100x8 for four sets today.  If I did it fresh without the bench first I could maybe do 115-20 for those reps.

Your bicep insertions are very short hence why the bis won’t get huge but you look crazy lean and vascular so who cares just keep doing what your doing and focus more on tris for more arm size.

yep my bis are short and knotty and like AJ said muscle size potential is based upon muscle length and he's right

i've got pretty long tris actually so yep thats why i focus on them and pecs and delts as well

JM said he could get my arms to 17 (they are 16 now) but i don't know bout that, although he was cock sure confident he could, but he's an even bigger douche than i am :D :D :D

If you do chin ups your biceps will grow. Squeeze the top for a few seconds on each rep and lower each rep over a few seconds and on the last rep of each set hold the top as long as you can until you straighten your arms out shoot for 60 seconds eventually and those biceps will pop.
