Do Bodyweight for the first few times and just focus on the biceps doing the whole thing. Hands about 6” a part and elbows out in front. Then add weight later. Yes full range of motion. Who is jm and aj?

dj,my advice would be to disdard all this shit from these trainers you talk  about and develop a routine that works exclusively for you.

You`ve been training long enough to know which exercises you respond to best........plus always mix things up.


AND EAT MORE..........2 meals a day with one consisting of 2 eggs alone is bullshit.

You can eat 4 solid meals, and 2 shakes in water, and be even more ripped than you are right now.

Not a put down my brother......just my 3 CC`s.

You're small because you overtrain. Like most superstitious gym members you are now seeking out more advice from other superstitious gym members on additional exercises and repetitions. Instead you need to take 7 days off minimum. Then you need to do one all out set of barbell curls until failure every 5 days.

i've always been an open minded fella trying to learn knowledges

i'm eating whey and milk and energy drink meal 1

shrimp rice spimach meal 2

chicken breast salmon rice and carrot meal 3

so cals are up a bit

i will inject slin log 3 times on delt chest tri day and eat a bit more cals that day

BASED ON TRAINING EARLY IN THE MORNING:

Meal 1 -1 scoop of whey in water

Meal 2 -POST-WORKOUT:  1 scoop of whey in water,2 scoops of oatmeal raw (use same protein scoop).1 Tbsp. honey,1 banana

Meal 3 - 8 eggwhites or 4 whole eggs cooked in non-fay spray,thinly sliced tomato

Meal 4 - small steak or ground beef patty,1 baked potato (fake butter spray,brocolli

Meal 5 - 1 can water packed tuna

Meal 6 - 4 hard boiled eggs

Drink 12-16 oz of water with each meal and of course you can substitute stuff like chicken,fish,omelletes,salmon,etc. etc.

I`m basing  this on your goal of wanting to stay lean.

Also cycle your carbs low,high and medium days.........do this with complex starchy carbs only.........eat as  much fibrous veggies and salad with low sugar (3 grams or less) dressing as you want if you get really hungry.

so i've decided to add in chin-ups influnced by big robcguns just don't mean mug me while i'm preparing for them please ;D

when i preper for behind neck presses my drive/motivation is 10+ when i'll prepare for the chins it'll be 4/5

any tips/pointers on how i can get the motivation up fellas?

when i prepare for the presses i watch this vid with the volume at full blast and imagine being alone with those motherrfucking pieces of shit harming people, like tricking the old lady out of her money and i become violently enraged with thoughts of fatally harming them and being in utter joy seeing the fear and pain in thier eyes while doing so (yep ACE makes this even more intense can't imagine what halo would do :D :D :D) high negative emotion is a very strong motivator

Quads,Hamstrings,Calves:

Leg Press - 8 X 20,15,12,12,12,12,12,20 (after 2 warm up sets)
Leg Extensions - 5 X 20,12,12,10,20
Adductor Machine - 2 X 35,20

Seated Leg Curls - 5 X 20,12,12,10,20

Leg Press Calf Extensions - 5 X failure {with stretching in between sets)

Great workout....I`m hobbled!!

Sidenote: I  put the DMSO on my elbow and wrist twice a day thus far, and that shit burns......I don`t remember it burning like that before....of course that was a century ago....anyway I trained my balls off to begin the new year.

I do not doubt your methods for getting in shape.  You are an expert.

But I do ask, in light of the recent articles saying there is no limit on protein absorption, do you think you'd get the same results doubling up some of those meals and eating less frequently?

I do believe the body being in a constant state of digestion isn't ideal.
