Adductors 1x19,9,8
Single leg ext 2x16
Single leg press 1x9, 1x16
Single leg curl 1x13,6,5
Seated calf raise 3x14
Standing calf raise 1x8,5,4
Going to give training calf’s regular a solid go see what happens, I feel they won’t change but worth a try for the small time invested
4th week back deadlifting after a few months of stiff leg deadlift focus hoping once switch back to regular deadlift but despite getting stiff leg into pr territory i was weaker switching back today was fourth week and managed 196kg/429lbs for 5 which is weaker than was prior to stiff leg focus, deficit set was 157.5kg/346lbs for 7 off a 4 inch block then a set of barbell rows with 107.5kg/236lbs. All very modest poundage’s but got all year to improve see where at by end of year taking it slow. Those 3 excercises are the main ones will focus on to build back want to focus on back and legs this year
