Without knowing dick about the person in the pics, my first suggestion would be to ditch any focus on the weight being used for whatever you are doing for legs.  Then pick 3 compound exercises for your legs (quads and hams combined) and focus on those 3 movements for a month.  My suggestion would be squats, stiff deads, and leg press.  For each of these I would concentrate on the fully stretched portion of the movement.  For squats, that means going down to where your ass touches your lower calf.  For stiff deads, that is you touching your toes.  For leg press, that is your knees touching your front delts. 

You've obviously trained regularly so you have a base of muscle but think of it as re-learning and connecting with the stretched portion of the movement (most often neglected).  I would say 5 sets of each.  I would say 1 count on the up, 3-4 count on the down, 2 second pause in the stretch (not resting at the bottom but stretched under tension) and no resting at the top of the rep.  For the first set of each I would use no weight but get used to the movement going to 25 reps.  Then for squats I would go up a quarter on each side per set (I know it isn't a lot, trust me).  For stiffs, I'd go up a ten each side each set.  For leg press I'd go up a plate each side each set.

Afterward, I would do one set of bodyweight walking lunges from one side of the gym to the other.

In my opinion, the most likely thing holding back your leg progression is you range of motion.

By all means look up Huntington Ingalls I worked at the fucking shipyard where they build nuclear submarines it is a high security site. They don't just glance at a badge. They will not even let you on the property without a multi week background check much less work. The security to get into the building is legit you have to pass through single use turnstiles. They have biometric security on all the laptops. It's a multi step process just to log in. They do not allow cameras or photos on site. They do not allow foreign nationals it is not a regular fortune 500 background check it is much more. They investigate who you have lived with where you have travelled they contact people it is legit.

My record is clean. Not just here in NC but in every state I have ever lived in. They pull the actual records from all of them.They asked about stuff from 20 years ago. They pulled my service records.  If you have a charge you have to prove you were not convicted and supply actual certified documentation from the courts.

I have passed numerous background checks the last few years the only issue on my background are driving issues I will not pass a background check to drive a truck. But handle national security sensitive data on a secure site absolutely I will pass that background check I already did.




so driving offences show up but not weapons convictions or charges of assault on a female?

Did they ask about your probation officer?

Since not training for 5 years and eating like a pig,I have made great progress.......lost 7-8 inches on my waist.....went from zero vascularity to being vascular again,and looking pretty decent for a young kid my age.

PS- I owe it all to Hanky !  :D

I really wasn’t trying to post a bunch of leg pics but since you guys all want to say I am photoshopping them and using the tub to make them look bigger and why don’t I have a normal straight on pic here is one. The legs need work that is why I don’t really want to cut down to classic again. I need to build them up and add some weight. However yeah I have teardrops and vascularity I do train legs.

Wasn't trying....HA HA HA.....
