Some triceps fuckery with bands UK Jeffly-style

Swam for 20 minutes or so this morning.
Nice. I too have returned to the bench press while I was in the boot. Change plates are great.
Second DL workout since no boot:
Airdyne 5 min / sled pull 3 min, reverse hyper, banded hamstring RDL, slant board body weight squats - total 15 min
DL: 8, 5, 5, 5, 5 x 1 EMOM
T Bar: 15,12,8,8,8
RDL: 8,8,8
Pullup: 8, 5 (weighted)
Low back sore, but a good sore, just from lack of use
