Well done, brother!  For my good leg I did 3 sets 3 of 15 reps leg extension and leg curl.  I also did 3 sets of 10 single leg calf raise.    Heart rate got to 117.  Weight was 10lbs for leg ext and 5lbs for leg curl.  Body weight for calf raise.

I still haven't put the verticaal leg presss together.   ;D
