my diet will be milk, chicken breast, brown rice, sunflower oil and energy drinks and a mcd's meal twice a week ;D

i only need 100 gram of pro so i cover that with 300 grams of chicken breast and 1 liter of milk

rest with be a ton of brown rice and a good amount of sunflower oil
