if i can press and curl 135 for 6-10 reps that's good strength
my 10 rep max for both was 110
think ima goona do 4 exercises for bis, tris, lats, and pecs and 5 for delts
actually 3 is most likely enough for all 5 groups
canada records for strict military and strict curl for a buck 65 fellas are as follows
military: 200
curl: 155
if i can curl 135 for 10 id say i got a 155 curl but it aint a full strict curl
my miltary are all FULL RANGE from traps to full lockout
