i dropped 8 pounds in 2 days so i dropped cals way too much so gotta put some back in

My goal is barbell curl and military with 135 for 6-10

My military is right now 90 for 5 reps but that artificially low

Will be running var 20 mgs daily var is a good strength drug😎🥰😎🥳😎💪

if i can press and curl 135 for 6-10 reps that's good strength

my 10 rep max for both was 110

think ima goona do 4 exercises for bis, tris, lats, and pecs and 5 for delts

actually 3 is most likely enough for all 5 groups

canada records for strict military and strict curl for a buck 65 fellas are as follows

military: 200

curl: 155

if i can curl 135 for 10 id say i got a 155 curl but it aint a full strict curl

my miltary are all FULL RANGE from traps to full lockout

Deadlifts 4 X 12,8,6,6 (these were humbling....hadn`t done them in decades)
Negative Chins - 3 X 10
DB Pullovers - 3 X 12
Hoist Rowing Machine - 3 x 12,10,15

DB Shrugs - 3 X 20,12,15

Tried doing Reverse Hypers they Mickey Moused fixing it as it was broken for eons......cheap machine,put a ton of pressure on my solar plexus so I bailed.

Pretty good workout,I should be sore tomorrow.

i usually make 8-10 an hour thats standard rate here

Have you considered resting and recovering you don't grow in the gym

went to the shop and got more grub

got mandarins (good choice) and pastries and some shitty breaded fish

though bout getting slamon but the cost is too high would rather spend my cash on the discos and gear

will be getting var next week and will add in 20 mgs sublingual on the daily and drop PRIMO down to 200 mgs weekly from 350 mgs weekly

so it looks like i'll be doing 5 exerices for delts, 3 for upper back/lats, 3 for pecs and 4 for both bis and tris

my delts are owning this pose and my arms are seriously lagging imo, pecs are good enough and upper lats will come up

now is time to hammer arms and upper lats and grow them delts will prob come up coz i go nuts on them when i train them my training intensity with them is like 110% pecs can be maintained
