No we have joint custody I get weekends holidays and additionally every other week in the summer. My day count is around 130 days a year or 35% of the time. He has to live one place during the school year as we are 4 hours apart but I am moving to be 20 minutes away so I will see him more during the school week. Again I am an awesome Dad and despite the hell she put me through with false criminal allegations I still send her an extra 500 a month that I am not required to send for his private school because I want my son to have the best opportunities.
