I think I ran a 16:36 or 17:36 over 3.1 miles? It was under 18 minutes. I hardly think that is a national champion pace considering I did not even come close to winning the race that day I wasn't even first on my team. But yeah it was still sub 6 minute miles for 3 miles which yeah I think is pretty good. I have not run in years I am actually thinking of starting up again if I can find a rubber track at the new town. I prefer the rubber vs pavement better for the knees

I dont know what to tell you I ran cross country in high school every fall. I won wrestling tates at 103lbs my freshman year of high school. I took 2nd wrestling 119lbs my sophomore year and I was 5 foot 10 at that time. I was running sub 6 minute miles.

Correct I am a certified level 1 free diver I took the class in Hawaii. You have to do a 4 minute breath hold and a 100 foot dive for level 1 certification.

Daniel Koval was my instructor I am sure he has my FII certification on record if you want to check maybe FII can confirm it go harass them and see what they say I had a card at one point havent seen it since the last move

I did a lot of yoga in Maui I was having really bad back problems from a bad snowboard accident prior

As far as school again I fought everyday until high school multiple people all the time older kids you name it. Once I got to high school and won states and everyone knew I was the state champion and finally hit puberty and started growing people stopped wanting to fight me.

Yeah and 30 years ago is a long time ago as well but I was tall and thin and didnt smoke or drink all I did was workout I even spoent my summers going to sport camps I was in shape and could run.

Now I am a clinically obese middle aged vaper with bad knees I struggled to run 2 miles in 15:34 the minimum requirement in the Army at 22 years old after I had knee surgeries and was over 200lbs

But fuck yes at 14/15 years old I could run

I scored 99th percentile on the SAT and was given a partial academic scholarship to NC State. I also told you guys no one wanted to fight me in high school I was fighting everyday prior to high school. Still some in high school but not as much. Regardless I went on to graduate college and work on Wall Street 

I didn't realize someone was going to question my 8th grade street cred when I said I wasn't popular and the older kids picked fights with me everyday

And yeah I had some issues in high school I got in trouble so what that doesn't define me today 30 years later
