seated side raise and press machine- 4 cycles final one Brian was side raised with 65kg and presses with 107.5 kilo.
dumbbell front raise- again Brian went up to 28kgs for 12;s
rear dents on panatta machine 55kg 4 x 15

panatta shrugs 4 sets- top set Brian was 4 plates an a 10 each side for 12 Brian. more than you!
face pulls- 85kg 3 x 15

nautilus nitro 3 sets top set 140/10- only two more until I've done the stack Brian- exciting eh! progress!
tri extension preacher seated machine/ dip machine- 4 cycles

after a protein shake and a bit of banter with the lads at the gym Brian- my friends and I four of us went for a Turkish barbecue meal. it was lovely Brian. better than peach cobbler in a dungeon.

When I was a fit trainer back in the 90s there was this black dude that looked like this very very big arms and everything else not so big his arms did look freakish

Maybe he was a gymnast
