Again, you are making it more complicated all sets and rep ranges build muscle as long as you are in a calorie surplus and training you will build muscle
Calories do not build muscle....macros do.

A calorie is a unit of energy.....too many you get fat....not enough,you lose weight.

This is true by stimulating the metabolism..... but it doesn`t yeild huge gains unless you are a beginner.

I think I can train them every 3 or 4 days but with chest back and delts just once a week most likely

I'll take 2 full days off and hit arms again on Saturday and then my rave party is on

Will be high on Molly and knowing my crazy ass a bit of drink for a 2 day bender so I will not be able to train again til Tuesday

TB deads are legit to me if they are done with the low-handles, same height as a normal bar.  You can even argue it's harder than a regular dead since the balance is tougher, although I'm not sure how much or if shifting the weight backwards helps.

bhanks is a soft bitch and does them from the high-handles though.

Low handle trap bar is just basically a squat.

I don't feel the hip hinge that I do with the high handle.

I think working them both makes sense and the trap stuff works great in conditioning circuits like SC does.

But prefer straight bar.

High handles are the rack pull of straight bar dls.
