What stops you becoming a lawyer
Just to name a few:

Not having an undergraduate degree.
Not taking the LSAT.
Not applying to law school in the first place (unless you can go through a clerkship program, but that’s only available in a couple of states).
Not getting into law school (unless you do a clerkship).
Not passing the baby bar, if you’re going to a CBA-accredited school or doing one of the above mentioned clerkship programs.
Not satisfactorily completing the clerkship, if that’s the route you’re taking.
Not passing the MPRE.
Not passing your character fitness investigation.
Not paying your bar exam fee.
Not taking the bar exam.
Not passing the bar exam.
Passing the bar exam, but not going to the trouble of getting sworn in.

But I told everyone here a year ago my wife took a job in Raleigh with the Dept of Justice not sure why this is now some big revelation. If you think it is a good idea to start harassing people there you may be wrong.

You can have a criminal record and sit for the bar exam.  You have to have served your time and be determined to be of good moral character (well, that excludes you right there)

It is my first practice exam and I am already scoring above average the average score is a 150. All I need is a 155. I am going to get into Law School

Most people add 15-20pts with practice

She is the one encouraging me. Her believing in me makes me believe in myself. I didn't think I could get into Law School she has convinced me I can and should go. She is 100% supportive of me spending years in Law School a Husband can't ask for more than that.
