in honesty the boxing etc is just because cardio bores the life out of me whereas I like hitting stuff!!
if you look at krank and SC there workouts are crazy in terms of how fit they must be.

Now that both these wounds are sealed up I wanna work the speed ball and the maybe the heavy bag and maybe do some medicine ball work to improve my punching power
But if I do that stuff I'll have to raise my calories up again to cover the work cost of it
My maintenance is 2500 so I'd probably have to go to 2800 3000
Actually those giant sets are going to increase my conditioning as well as adding more arm size💪💪💪
