Hey 38 I know you also do Muay Thai and this is something I am interested in.If you get time could you post an example of one of these workouts? I mean do you stretch for 30 minutes then hit the bag then spar or maybe work on drills. I am trying to put together an effective workout and any input you could give would be appreciated.Thanks in advance
