Strength is pretty far down at minute mate been Ill on and off most the year finally was told have bastard diabetes (apparently I’m still not convinced) but whatever it is I started on Gliclazide a few months ago and does seem to be working bodyweight and strength is climbing again (was loosing weight steadily no matter how much I ate went down to about 86kg which is lightest I’ve been in years) so strength not where it was/should beStiff leg deadlift was 167.5kg for 5 and 145kg for 8 on back off, barbell rows were 105kg for 6 then 87.5kg for 12 on back off rest of lifts were pussy weights not even worth noting haha

Lost too much weight this past week clothes rings watches falling off. Stomach was bad just got better yesterday and started eating again. Hoping if I train hard the next two weeks can add some size back
