I don’t even shave my beard now I am supposed to shave my head everyday? Also yeah it’s thin in the crown but I have hair up front which is what people actually see when you are talkin to them

I’m still waiting my results from test at hospital to see if it type 1 or type 2 they don’t think it’s type 2 due to my activity level and condition but will see been waiting a month though for results so maybe not haha

This has only greatly increased my hatred for fat fucks also haha

Strength is pretty far down at minute mate been Ill on and off most the year finally was told have bastard diabetes (apparently I’m still not convinced) but whatever it is I started on Gliclazide a few months ago and does seem to be working bodyweight and strength is climbing again (was loosing weight steadily no matter how much I ate went down to about 86kg which is lightest I’ve been in years) so strength not where it was/should be
Stiff leg deadlift was 167.5kg for 5 and 145kg for 8 on back off, barbell rows were 105kg for 6 then 87.5kg for 12 on back off rest of lifts were pussy weights not even worth noting haha

Thank brother I have no right to complain though knowing what you are going through. I hope they wrong too but 1ac was 104 at test and trig’s are 6.4. Said need get it down or risk another heart attack, was sent to hospital for blood test to determine what type of diabetes it is as they think it’s maybe late onset type 1 but that was well over a month ago heard fuck all since haha

Cut WAY down on the carbs.
No more grains (bread, baked goods, pasta, rice, etc), sugar, fruit, seed oils ( canola, vegetable, soybean, rapeseed, etc), processed foods, potatoes, margarine, soy, trans fats, etc.

Eat meat, eggs, fish, some berries, non-starch vegetables, low carb cheese, butter, bacon, heavy cream, cook with lard and tallow, saturated fats.

Don't eat the apple, banana, toast or noodles.  They are just like eating sugar.  Whole milk also has too many carbs.  Use halfnhalf or heavy cream in your coffee/tea if you need it.

You can cure yourself of this but you can't eat those things until you get it under control and even then only rarely.

Once your body becomes fat adapted you won't miss those things.  Just take a couple weeks.

Snack or quick meal - In blender 1/2 cup halfnhalf, 4 raw whole eggs, heaping tbls sour cream, pure peanut butter (no sugar or seed oils added), some berries or unsweetened cocoa powder

Dinner - Meat, salad with olive oil dressing ( no seed oils), broccoli or non-starch vegetable, butter

Snack - Unsalted nuts (no seed oils.or sugars)

Drink - Coffee, tea, seltzer ( no sugar)

Be careful with artificial sweeteners as some trigger insulin response.

But let's hope it's type 2 and you can get some Ozempic out of it - get your good looks even more chiselled!

Haha thank you mate I’m hoping it is type 2 they sent me to be tested for which type as they doubted it was type 2 due to no family history and my activity level and body composition, they suspect since I had colitis till I had my large intestine removed at age 28 and it’s N autoimmune disease that my immune system may be now attacking my pancreas causing type 1 I hope not will see what they say if I ever hear back from the hospital

My maintenance cals are bout 2700 so we will see

If my waist creeps up to 29.5 I will go back.down to 3500

The gurus I follow say cals.should only be 200-300 above maintenance but we will see....

Also I am now training every goddamn day so that alone would probably raise my maintenance level to 3 grand

How many of you dudes eat 4+ grand cals?

The oil hasn't even dissolved that quick much less has the 7-10 day half life ester fallen off you may as well just take 1 3cc shot
