Waist is already 29 but thAt could be due to an increased volume of food

My calories are now.at 4 grand which is pretty damn high for.a.dude weighing bout a buck 60

I shot 200 test 3 times this week I planned on doing it just twice but my impulsivity got the best of me😁😁😁

My maintenance cals are bout 2700 so we will see

If my waist creeps up to 29.5 I will go back.down to 3500

The gurus I follow say cals.should only be 200-300 above maintenance but we will see....

Also I am now training every goddamn day so that alone would probably raise my maintenance level to 3 grand

How many of you dudes eat 4+ grand cals?
Dude,I advised you to add in bigger amounts of food very gradually until your body becomes accustomed to it.....not that a guy your size will assimilate and utilize 4000 calories properly anyway.

Be prepared to shit out most of that excess garbage right into your toilet bowl.

Its weird because you want to get to level 10 science of lifting and training and peds but you think you can skip level 2 which is training your back and legs. You will never get to level 10 skipping level 2 that is why you will always be stuck at level 1 no matter what you eat what you take or how many times you train arms. You will go nowhere until you start trainign back and legs

Machine side lateral 2 work sets with 3 forced reps both sets

Face pulls 2 work sets

Hammer row 2 work sets

Pulldown 2 work sets

I'll put lats with delts and start training them more often

Here's a front relaxed maybe next time I'll take some back pics
