I guess the 4 grand calories are suiting me well

Not sure if I should drop down to 3500 or just stay at 4000

It's all about weekly calories not just daily

I plan on partying pretty hard on Saturday so if I do I'll probably follow up with less calories on Sunday it depends upon how much it drink and for hos long😂😂😂😂😂

But I'll have this new drug so hopefully it works as I want it to and I won't have to rely on abusing alcohol 😹😹😹

Bench - 135 x 10, 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 315 x 4, 315 x 3, 275 x 5, 275 x5
DB Squats w 130's - 4 sets x 10
RDL w 70lb DB x 10 - 4 sets

1 hour circuit

Heavy backwards sled pull - chest press forward back across gym
Hex Bar deads - worked up to 515lbs.  Most sets were at 405 x 5
Push ups x 15
Banded fly

Stairmaster slow for 15 min
Treadmill walk for 15 min at 3.0

If I train legs like I train arms pecs and delts along with back I'll probably add 15-20 more pounds

But I don't want to weigh too much coz it's a blatant FACT that excess bodyweight=earlier death

I'm fact excess bodyweight be it muscle or fat is the number one predictor of an early death

Like Dorian Yates just said on a podcast I watched "you don't see many 80 year olds who weight 200+ pounds" and he is right

I've firmly decided not to let my bodyweight go over 175 plus 175 is top weight for a light-heavyweight boxer just in case I decide to step in the ring 🥊🥊🥊

Lately I've been doing 6 x half miles for cardio instead of my five mile runs. Without a doubt it's putting a spring in my running form.

My arms and shoulders are as hard.as.nails when I flex.them.

Water isn't hard

Waist is only up a half inch to 29 I'll keep going with 4 grand til I hit 30 then I'll drop back down to 3 grand and tighten up

Had the interview and they are only willing to give me speaking clubs since I have no.clud how to create lessons on my own I will always given the lessons by the schools I worked for

They pay 22 bucks for.45 minutes lessons which is very very good pay here so if I take these speaking clubs that's bout 100.bucks a week from only 4 lessons

Got 4 more interviews over the next 3 days
