Seated leg curl 2x12
Leg ext 2x12
Hack squat 1x8, 1x15
Single leg press 2x9
Standing leg curl 2x13
Horizontal calf machine 2x12

Starting to think need a new right hip haha been aching for 2 years having to limp everywhere tonight as gotten far worse last few days ffs although didn’t affect training appart from discomfort which is good

Standing machine calves   sets 5 or 6 didn't count on reps
Super set
Laying leg curls    sets 4 or 5  reps 14s down to 5s & drop sets

Leg press   sets 6/8 don't count    Reps from 25+ to 7/8 with 1100lbs
Couple of back off sets high reps 350lbs
Super set with high rep leg extensions

Calvez on the leg press 3set 350lbs
Super set with seated leg curls 4sets

Standing good mornings  light 120lbs for reps

To hot & humid - No Squats today 🤬🤬🤬
Hope to do some on Friday or Saturday.

Having some stomach issues sitting just over 200lbs before bed. Studied 5 hours today. Have another offer on house in review 2 showings Thursday and one on Saturday. Have been looking at homes think I may want to be closer to city but also kind of want acreage.

Registered for over 40 and the Open condition was perfect a week ago but starting to feel smooth. Upping calories now which seems strange 10 days out but thats where I am at

That one was 99 minutes mate according to the log book app I use, probably would be a bit shorter but had my daughter with me so time for her to do her sets ect included in that. I enjoy being in the gym decent length of time most my workouts take 90 mins or so I do back and legs together on Saturday that’s normally 2 hours

I take a full 5 minutes rest between my work sets to failure plus 3 forced reps

Today was arms unilateral bicep curls 2 work sets with 3 forced reps and then 2 extend sets with a weight loader stretch for 25 second 4 times through

And good news about the diagnosis

I wish to fuck I could do Omni reps they are intense as fuck but you need a training partner to do them

In Omni-Contraction training Mike would make each a maximum effort. He would do his one all out maximum positive rep, followed by a maximum negative, but during the negative he would stop the weight and actually try to raise the weight again (which was impossible). He would do these static holds at three different points during the negative rep, the first was at the top, close to the fully contracted position, the second was halfway down and the third was close to the bottom position. Each position was held for a count of 3.

When performing omni-contraction training, did Mike perform just one rep per exercise? Maybe he did a few rest-pause reps using omni-contraction?

Similarly, any reason for not performing just one rep with a maximum contraction and maximum negative?

Hello Peter,

With rest pause Mike did about 4 reps with 10 to 15 seconds in between.

So I am sure since Omni-Contraction training was even more intense he would have done less, maybe 2 reps or 3 at the very most.

Of course it is possible he just did one rep and then moved on to another exercise.

Pretty lean Brian.  Not eating the day of the show is a HORRIBLE FUCKING IDEA.

I am getting close to the time where everything goes wrong but look decent now. Just worry I am going to balloon up or shrink down to nothing and lose all vascularity either way in the next 10 days. I would like to be tighter or bigger but I would take tomorrow mornings size and condition if that was an option. I remember same thing last time at the end I can even tell. if I am getting better or worse when I get there it will ne difficult to tell if I am winning or losing like i am over it by then and just walking around in a daze. But have not done anything crazy yet trying to just stay the course but its hard to say cruise bloast stop who knows what body will do the next 10 days. But did go to Dr today and got some stomach medicine worried it might make me eat more also think maybe I need to eat more so basically no idea just going to see what happens at this point. More cardio less more food less no idea have been super busy on other stuff as well
