Yes, I believe Dave D is juiced to the gills, and as for Gay4It, he was still here as 'The Keto Kid' a while ago, where he disclosed some of what he was taking. He gave himself away when he started talking about how he only farted once a week while on a carnivore diet. He said the exact same comment on his previous account. Not too many people are fastidious enough to use their farts as indicators in a dietary assessment.

I assume he's still laboring under the delusion that Hollywood is on the hunt for a duck-faced 5-foot weirdo as their next star, and he doesn't want to blow his chances by admitting to drug use.

Keto Kid's physique vs Gay54its was night and day. Dose upped tremedously.

That said, KK's posts were very informative.

Yep but like I said 2-3 inches will come fast

My arms are 15.75 so if they don't get any bigger I can't have quads bigger than 23.5 and if I add 3 inches it will be so as they are 20.5

To keep perfect proportion I can let my leg be more than 1.5 times the size of my arm

Arm is down to 15.5 so my quads can not be bigger than 23.25 and they are now 21 already started just days ago at 20.5

So I can add another 2.5 inches if my arms don't grow

Chest should be 3 times arm size which would be 46.5 and it's 46

I'll have great proportions once my quad is 23 so 2 inches to go

My limit is most likely 16 24 48

3 sets - Leg Extensions
3 sets - Leg Curls 

Barbell Bench  - 135 x10, 135 x 10, 225 x 10, 225 x 10, 275 x 5, 275 x 5, 275 x 5

1 hour circuit - did each exercise - Hex Bar Dead, Incline DB press, Heavy Sled, Banded Chest Fly 

Hex Bar Deads  - 315 x 5, 405 x 5 , 455 x 3, 495 x 1  , 495 x 1 , 495 x 1, 405 x 5  , 405 x 5, 405 x 5, 315 x 5 , 225 x 10 , 135 x 10

Incline DB 80lbs press x 10

Heavy Sled backward cross the gym. 

Banded Chest Fly

30 min - cool down w toe raises, tricep push downs, walk on treadmill, etc.   



Felt great.

Shocked I'm staying so lean and 2 big macs or 2 quarter pounders with 6 nuggets and sause and large fry every lost workout meal

And last meal is always 2 or 3 white fish with tarter sauce and either cakes cookies or pastries

I've decided just to maintain my current look and add a bit more size to my ass and quads so not bothered to add more size to my arms pecs or delts

I'll go on 200 sust and that's it

I have to focus on working and female shit

I'll still train hard though coz I love it!!!
