Haha I’m just under 6’1” these days mate maybe full 6’1” early morning as was last measured at about 7pm and we tallest in the morning, was just over 6’2” in my 20s but have shrank since

And you can tell he's very strong and pulling mostly with his back.  Great stuff.

Could do even more if instead of locking legs behind him, put his legs together and pivoted with them slightly in front, tensing the abs/glutes.

Would limit swing and give him another rep or so.

Not sure if you saw place I am looking at guy has a sled in his gym supposedly pulling those and walking backwards is good? Thinking a sled and maybe even get a belt squat so much room. House is at top of budget but really good gym space. Other houses are nice and some are closer to a commercial gym and cheaper but I kind of like this basement gym in this one house. House is also very nice.

Lying leg curls kind of bother my stomach so thinkng of getting a standing leg curl ar a reverse seated curl. All other houses have just enough psace for what I have this is only one with enough space to get more stuff

Do I spend the money and get the gym or save the money get a cheaper house use a commercial gym and buy a ski condo?  All other houes are same size everythign without the massive unfinished basement but the basement is going to cost me an extra 100-150k vs other houses. Is a basement for a gym, and pool table worth that or better to go to a gym and get a ski condo instead?

Which is what you see above all that is not going to fit in a single car garage. I mean I had planned to pursue other interest. I am getting old but fuck I want a nice gym. I enjoy training competing be damned.

The space for the gym is what cost the money not the equipment the basement is an extra 100k but I do think the gym space is worth it can put the pool table down there and play between sets

smith squats.... 4 sets...little narrower of a stance.. worked up to 365 for 4 good reps

leg ext....4 sets...15-20 reps

stiff leg dead....3 sets

stretched for 10 minutes along with 3 sets of crunches to failure
