I have moved plenty of weight but I have been on my death bed for weeks. I cant remember the last time I went a week without working out it was a month I was unable to train due to illness. I was down to 195lbs shitting myself to death. I have been better for almost a week now and have lifted 3 times and added 20lbs back so yeah I am going to take it easy for a bit.
Honestly I think of squats as a full body stretch just allows me to keep everything limber. I do them in the am before I have eaten too much. It's good for my knees, ankles, and back not just my quads, glutes, and hams.
