You wouldn't recognize me anyway found a real barber yesterday had my beard and hair properly trimmed look like a whole new man. Old town didnt have a barber capable of doing a beard trim and shape. I even got a hot shave with it was very nice. I could tighten up a little eat less for a day or two but why?  I am just relaxing eating and training legs. I am doing a little shoulder stretching movement exercises each day but don't want to do too much as whatever it is heals up some. But I am carrying and extra 5lbs and have lost my upper body pump I didn't die. I also will have indigestion eventually not be able to eat and get shredded whether I want to or not so why diet now? I am a month and a half from a pec surgery there isn't much point hitting anything super heavy right now. Just trying to maintain and get left shoulder working better before right goes in a sling. Joined club so can do leg press even in a sling. Will continue to train legs. Training legs later today and unlike a bike you can ride a trike in a sling

I tell you what you do a physique update today and I will as well how is that? I still have abs. I am 220 something. I just had a large breakfast. My shoulder has been jacked up for 2 weeks I have not been in a coma for 10 years

Peptides i wish I could afford peptides I have no interest in Sarms. I have taken bpc157/tb500 previously I did not just hear about them I just saw a guys review who actually seemed credible. Regardless they are supposed to help surgical recovery but could help shoulder now but just not in my current budget. Just moved have a lot of other expenses. Waiting until post surgery

I know all about stem cells or have looked into it a few times and again very expensive also Ronnie still can't fucking walk. I dont have 20k to throw at may do something may just be saline and a placebo effect

When the fuck did I say I did not know what it does? I specifically mentioned that I took it for digestive tract healing multiple times on this board. I also ordered 10 bottles an hour ago need it for shoulder now

3 sets pendulum swings
3 sets 20 overhead rotation

Wanted to do internal rotation on side but could not put weight on shoulder on bench to do it say may look for a modified internal rotation or just use cables at gym

Yeah standing arm bent at 90 like beginning of a hammer curl. Elbow held tight to side near waist external rotation outward and inward keeping forearm parallel to ground

Arm out ear level elbow bent 90 facing upward rotate forward and back end position is an overhead press positions

The pro said it helped him recover from a repaired quadricep tear surgery. Specifically, he has torn both of them and was on HGH the first time and BPC157/TB500 the 2nd time and said it made a big difference in his recovery. It's supposed to be good for any type of injury and tissue repair. I have used some before but not much. Also never heard someone give a review on surgical recovery who has had a major surgery with HGH vs BP/TB

1) That is not working the rotator.   Thats just an isometric contraction of bicep.  There's no resistance to the external rotation....none...zero. ...

2) can't picture it.  do floor or wall angels so you can make sure you keep scapula depressed throughout movement

(this is a classic reason why you go see a PT to be taught exercises)

Once again....there have been thousands of people writing up BPC for tendonitis, partial tears, etc for years.   This "large pro" suddenly comes out with something and you figure it out?  You can type in "BPC post surgery repair" and you will be inundated with things.

Also...do the fucking stem cell.   Its not 20K....I paid $2500 for mine.
