I trained a little today.

DB curls and Triceps pushdowns.  4 sets of  8 to 20 reps with 20lbs on both exercises in my little garage gym.  My right bicep now has a bruise on it  near the elbow.  I may have overdone it.   I used two 10lb DBs for the curls.

My dog had to have some teeth pulled on Friday and I had that done then he wouldn’t recover so had to bring him to an emergency vet today and they found he had a hole in his esophagus and in his lung collapsing it both from the anesthesiologist during the teeth extraction. So it’s about 25k and they are trying to fix him,won’t know for sure till tomorrow if he will make it and it hit me really hard.needless to say I’m gonna fuck that guy up come Tuesday when they open.

I go all the way down in the hole and stop about 1-2” from lockout and crank em prob take 100-110 seconds if I’m guessing. I slow down around 60 and then lock them out form there.

The vets put a hole in his esophagus and lung collapsing it with the anesthesia tube down his throat(he’s only 6 lbs).Then said he was fine a day later when I brought him in cause of very labored breathing. Today brought him to emergency vet and they did x rays and said it’s 8-10l to stabilize him and then surgery is 10-15k. He’s my best friend I can’t let him die without trying.

2.5 years old. Haha yeah it’s a silly terrier my mom bought as present for my daughters but I ended up always walking him and hanging with him and cruising around with him so he became my best bud. I would kill for him so I’m kind of scared what I’m gonna do if he don’t make it come Tuesday when my vets office opens. Luckily I do have pet insurance which covers up to 15k a year with an 80% reimbursement and a 300 deductible so I should only be out 7-10k, still brutal but i can’t let him die he has a good 10 years left.

Never claimed to have been in the Special Forces. I was originally an 18x Special Forces recruit I wound up an 11c. I posted my army paperwork showing this. The only reason I even mentioned it is because you guys said my medical would disqualify me from Infantry when they actually recruited me to SF. There is nothing wrong with being an 11c. I am proud to have been regular Infantry. They are just as good as Ranger and Green Berets they are all Infantry. I don't give a fuck if the Army sent them to a fancy school and they ran a marathon. They are no better than regular infantry.

People training dogs to be aggressive are scumbags dogs do not belong in wars or with police departments unless they are being used for search and rescue.
