Believe whatever you want I can't do it now but that is my high water mark 315x6 on incline I did it about 4 months after that pic. All we did on deployment was lift. I didn't always have a torn pec and 2 surgically repaired shoulders.

I did not have an instant camera. I took a roll of film back from Kosovo. I have moved half a dozen times since then. I have like half a few photos left and they mean a lot to me. Some are in bad condition. The best one is only on my hard drive which I have not even setup yet. But I have posted it here previously. I have more than proven I was in the Infantry and in Kosovo. I am still in touch on a regular basis with one of my 2 workout partners from the Army. You all are a bunch of assholes who spent 20 pages here and 4 years falsely accusing me of stolen valor.

Tell me again how I could not qualify for the Army? Tell me again how they would never let me in the Infantry. Tell me again I lied about being recruited SF. I proved every word I said.

4 sets - 130 db row x 10 superset double db row x 10 w 50s
3 sets wide grip bar cable row superset double db row x 50

45 min circuit

225 lb power barbell rows x 6
Hammer curls w 60s x 10
Close grip landline row w 3 plates x 10
Cable crunches and pull backs with bands 10/10.

First Time on the Greenway Trail Yesterday started at Sams Branch and rode to the Neuse River crossing and back with my son. 7 miles roundtrip doesn't seem like much but he is 5 we took a break halfway. It is a 35 mile plus trail system so we will work our way up

I am not down for murdering a fat 60-year-old mental patient. Or flying to England to get stabbed by some coward I cannot identify.

However I have trained in the Gracie Academy they have a history of Dojo challenges.

"I would like to arrange a submission grappling no gi challenge match with one of your students. I am willing to pay for the gym time. He is currently a blue belt a white male 5foot9 190lbs or so. He goes by the handle Soul Crusher and claims to train there daily at 7:30 am.

I am having surgery in November so would need to arrange this sometime prior. I do have exp in sub grappling, wrestling and BJJ this would be a respectful rule based challenge but submission grappling not BJJ. I am allowed to throw or slam opponent on the matt and back out of the guard. I do not have to lay in guard that is not disengaging. I also trained there a few times a decade plus ago."

I got to be honest my neck hurst bad. I even had an alcoholic beverage yesterday it hurt so bad first one of the year. My knee had a shit ton of fluid in it and between that and the neck I needed something. Just waiting for the shoulder to lock back up next. But yeah neck pain is crazy going to ice it guess I pushed to hard on the smith maybe. Whatever can still whoop your ass on the mat will just pop a couple advil
