No stress is good but I would prefer to have the stress of prep and competition and try and manage it than quit.
I dieted non stop for 15 months 2022/23, Im not a quitter..
Looking at my physique now compared to back then doesnt justify the effort I put in.
I could drop 15lbs now and be competitive at 59 on next to no drugs and half asssed training
I saw a guy I competed with on FB doing hack squats with 5 plates a side, his legs are no better than mine doing a few leg ext , leg curl and calf raises
Its 14.45 and all I have eaten today is two sausages
I probably wont eat that much more either
