Has to be one of the more useless gym movements that doesn't xlate to anything.
Guy at our place loves these fucking things. Same thing, he uses 5-6 plates a side, looks around mean mugging like a badass.
But when he deadlifts, he can barely get 315 with a mighty struggle.
Entire place is now laughing at him, they way he trains. Puts like 4-plates a side on the Hammer Chest press, and bounces it off the stoppers w/ each rep.
On real flat bench, he barely gets 225.
Gyms, Im pretty much done w/ them now as even our morning crew at our place, is turning into a broccoli-headed retard convention.
Especially when I have this a couple feet from my home office...
